Common Enquiries
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not received this within 2 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at info@quickbookshelp.shop.
Returns & Refunds
We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at info@quickbookshelp.shop with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back before contacting us. Full details are available in our Refund & Returns Policy on our website.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrived damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@quickbookshelp.shop and include photographs where possible. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Payment & Invoices
We accept payments via PayPal only. If you require a receipt or invoice for your purchase, please contact us at info@quickbookshelp.shop with your order number and we will provide one within 1 business day.
