1. Delivery Area
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery to certain remote areas (such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and BFPO addresses) may be subject to extended delivery times or, in some cases, may not be available. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please contact us at info@quickbookshelp.shop before placing your order.
2. Free Shipping
All orders placed at https://quickbookshelp.shop/ qualify for free standard shipping to any eligible UK address. There is no minimum order value required to benefit from free delivery — it applies automatically at checkout.
We do not charge any hidden handling or packaging fees. The price you pay at checkout is the total price you pay.
3. Order Processing
3.1 Processing Times
Once your payment has been successfully processed via PayPal and your order confirmed, we aim to process and dispatch your order within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding UK public holidays.
Orders placed on Sundays or UK bank holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
3.2 Order Confirmation
You will receive an automated order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. A separate dispatch confirmation email, including your tracking information, will be sent once your order has been handed to our delivery partner.
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of ordering, please check your spam or junk folder and contact us if the issue persists.
3.3 Order Amendments
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@quickbookshelp.shop or +44 0191 440 6448. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee amendments once an order has entered the dispatch process.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Following dispatch, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard UK Delivery: 3 to 7 business days
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by:
- High demand periods (e.g. sale events, public holidays);
- Adverse weather conditions;
- Carrier delays or disruptions;
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer;
- Remote or hard-to-reach delivery locations.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at info@quickbookshelp.shop and we will investigate immediately.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. You can use this tracking number on our carrier's website to monitor the status and estimated arrival of your delivery.
If you have not received your tracking information within 2 business days of your order confirmation, or if your tracking information is not updating, please contact us at info@quickbookshelp.shop.
6. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries
Our delivery partners will typically attempt delivery during standard business hours. If you are not available at the time of delivery:
- A calling card may be left with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot;
- Depending on the carrier, your parcel may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour;
- Some carriers will automatically reattempt delivery on the next business day.
If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery caused by an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect from a depot, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that redelivery costs, if any, may be passed on to the customer in such circumstances.
We accept no liability for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
7.1 Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Photograph the damaged packaging and product before opening or using the item;
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@quickbookshelp.shop with your order number and photographic evidence.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate, in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7.2 Lost in Transit
A parcel is considered lost if it has not been delivered within 15 business days of your dispatch confirmation and tracking shows no recent update. In this case, please contact us at info@quickbookshelp.shop and we will raise an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
8. Incorrect Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. QuickBooksHelp cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@quickbookshelp.shop or +44 0191 440 6448. We will attempt to update your address before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed.
9. Multiple Items and Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they will generally be dispatched together in a single shipment. In some cases, items may be dispatched separately and arrive at different times. You will be notified of any split shipments and provided with tracking information for each parcel.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
