Welcome to QuickBooksHelp ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at https://quickbookshelp.shop/ (the "Site") and the purchase of garden products offered therein. By accessing or placing an order through the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and DEBUT ONE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. They are governed exclusively by English law and comply with all applicable UK consumer legislation, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

2. Eligibility and Acceptance

By using this Site and placing an order, you warrant that:

  • You are a resident of the United Kingdom or placing an order to be delivered to a United Kingdom address;
  • All information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date;

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms.

QuickBooksHelp is an online retail store specialising in products for the garden. We take reasonable care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices displayed on our Site are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

Images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product colours may vary slightly due to screen resolution and display settings. Any measurements provided are approximate unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.


4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order has been confirmed.

We accept payments exclusively via PayPal. By completing a purchase, you agree to PayPal's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and dispatched.

In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, even after confirmation has been sent. We will notify you promptly and offer a full refund.


5. Order Process and Contract Formation

When you place an order on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these Terms. A binding contract between you and DEBUT ONE LTD is only formed once we send you an Order Confirmation email confirming that your order has been accepted and payment received.

You will receive an automated acknowledgement email upon placing your order; this does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any order after this acknowledgement, for example due to stock unavailability or failed payment verification.

Please ensure that all contact details, delivery address, and order information are correct before submitting your order. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.


6. Delivery Policy

6.1 Delivery Area

We deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship to addresses outside the UK, including Northern Ireland if applicable restrictions apply. Delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and BFPO addresses may be restricted – please contact us before ordering.

6.2 Free Delivery

All orders are delivered free of charge to any eligible UK address. There are no minimum order thresholds for free delivery.

6.3 Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout and in your Order Confirmation email. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6.4 Risk and Title

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to the goods passes to you once full payment has been received and cleared.


7. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

7.1 Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of the day after you receive your goods ("Cancellation Period").

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us clearly of your decision before the Cancellation Period expires. You may do so by email at info@quickbookshelp.shop, by telephone on +44 0191 440 6448, or by using any other unambiguous communication method. You do not need to give a reason for cancellation.

7.2 Return Procedure

Following cancellation, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation. Return shipping is provided free of charge. Please contact us at info@quickbookshelp.shop to arrange your free return.

Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging where possible. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund for any diminishment in value caused by unnecessary handling beyond what is required to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

7.3 Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 working days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at checkout (PayPal). We do not charge any fee for the refund.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs earlier.

7.4 Exclusions

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Goods that have been clearly personalised or made to your specific requirements;
  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed;
  • Any other categories specified under Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

7.5 Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, repair, or replacement as appropriate. Beyond 30 days and up to 6 months, we will offer a repair or replacement first, and a refund where this is not possible.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and software, is the property of DEBUT ONE LTD or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DEBUT ONE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for the goods in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


10. Data Protection and Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. By placing an order, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy for the purposes of fulfilling your order, managing returns, and providing customer support.

Our Site is hosted on Shopify Inc. Payment processing is handled via PayPal. These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the content, security practices, or policies of any third-party service providers.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to seek redress through alternative dispute resolution (ADR) schemes. 14. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. A failure to enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other notices posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and DEBUT ONE LTD with respect to your use of the Site.
