Please note: Parts requests are only available for products purchased directly from https://quickbookshelp.shop/. We are unable to process requests for products purchased elsewhere.



How to Submit a Parts Request

To request a replacement part, please send an email to info@quickbookshelp.shop with the subject line: Parts Request – [Your Order Number]. Include all of the information listed in the section below. Our team will review your request and respond within 1 to 2 business days.


Information to Include in Your Request

To help us identify the correct part quickly, please include the following in your email:


  • Where you purchased the item — confirm it was purchased from https://quickbookshelp.shop/
  • Your original order number — found in your order confirmation email
  • The product name or SKU / item number — found on your order confirmation or product packaging
  • A description of the problem — explain what is broken, missing, or not functioning correctly
  • The part number or a description of the part you need — if known; approximate descriptions are also helpful
  • Photos of the product and the damaged or missing part — clear images greatly speed up the identification process
  • Any additional details that may help us process your request — e.g. when the issue occurred, how the product was being used



Tip: If you still have the product manual or original packaging, it may contain a parts diagram or part numbers that will help us identify exactly what you need.



What Happens After You Submit

Once we receive your parts request, here is what you can expect:


  • We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day
  • Our team will review your information and photos to identify the correct part
  • We will contact you to confirm part availability, any applicable costs, and estimated delivery time
  • If the part is available, we will process it as a new order or arrange a free replacement if the issue is covered under our returns or consumer rights policy
  • If the part is unavailable, we will advise you on alternative solutions or issue a refund where appropriate

Parts requests are available for all garden products sold through https://quickbookshelp.shop/. We will do our best to source and supply replacement components; however, availability cannot be guaranteed for all products.

Warranty and Consumer Rights

If your product has developed a fault within 6 months of delivery, you may be entitled to a free repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, without needing to submit a parts request. Please contact us at info@quickbookshelp.shop to discuss your options.

Cost of Parts

Replacement parts resulting from manufacturing defects or faults present at the time of delivery will be supplied free of charge. Parts required due to general wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse may be subject to a charge. We will always confirm costs with you before processing a paid request.
