We source and sell a carefully selected range of quality garden products, delivered free to your door anywhere in the United Kingdom. This page explains exactly how our ordering, delivery, and after-sales process works — so you always know what to expect.

01. Browse & Choose Your Garden Products

02. Place Your Order Securely
Ordering from QuickBooksHelp is simple and secure. Once you have found the products you need, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. All payments are processed securely via PayPal — you do not need a PayPal account to pay; you can also pay by debit or credit card through the PayPal gateway.
Please double-check your delivery address and contact details before confirming your order. A binding contract is formed once your payment has been received and we send you an order confirmation email.

- Your payment is processed securely — we never store your card details
03. Order Confirmation
As soon as your order is placed and payment confirmed, you will receive an automated Order Confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This email will include:
- Your order number
- A summary of the items ordered
- Your delivery address
- Estimated dispatch and delivery timeframe
Please keep this email safe — you will need your order number if you ever need to contact us about your order, request a return, or submit a parts request.
04. Order Processing & Dispatch
Once your order is confirmed, our team begins processing it right away. We aim to pick, pack, and dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding UK public holidays.
Orders placed on Sundays or bank holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a separate Dispatch Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.
05. Free UK Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on every order to any eligible UK address — no minimum spend required. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Standard UK Delivery: 3 to 7 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to carrier workloads, remote locations, or exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at info@quickbookshelp.shop.
We currently deliver to England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Delivery to certain remote areas (Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands) may take longer.
06. Receiving Your Order
Your garden products will be delivered to the address provided at checkout, carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. When your order arrives:
- Check the parcel for any visible damage before signing for it
- Open and inspect your items as soon as possible after delivery
- If anything is damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at info@quickbookshelp.shop with photographs
We want every delivery to be exactly what you expected. If anything falls short of that, we will make it right.
07. Returns & Refunds
We offer a straightforward, customer-friendly returns process. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item, for any reason, completely free of charge.
- Return window: 14 days from delivery
- Return shipping: FREE — we arrange and cover all return costs
- Refund timeline: 5 to 7 working days after we receive your return
- Refund method: Returned to your original PayPal payment
To start a return, simply email us at info@quickbookshelp.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. Do not send items back before contacting us — we need to arrange your free return label first.
