This policy is fully compliant with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which give you strong protections as a UK consumer.

1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
As a UK consumer purchasing goods online, you have a legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This right applies without the need to give any reason.
1.1 Cancellation Period
You may cancel your order at any time within 14 calendar days, beginning the day after you receive your goods. For example, if you receive your order on a Monday, your cancellation deadline is midnight on the following Monday (14 days later).
If your order contains multiple items delivered on different dates, the 14-day period begins from the day after the last item is received.
1.2 How to Cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us clearly before the cancellation period expires. You can notify us by:

We will send you an acknowledgement of your cancellation request by email without delay. You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling.
2. How to Return Your Order
2.1 Return Window
Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must return the goods to us within 14 calendar days of that notification. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as we need to arrange your free return.
2.2 Free Returns
We offer free returns on all orders. Once you have contacted us at info@quickbookshelp.shop, we will provide you with a prepaid return label or arrange a collection — at no cost to you. You will not need to pay anything to return your item.
2.3 Condition of Returned Goods
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received them;
- Returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible;
- Free from damage caused by use, assembly, or installation (beyond what is necessary to inspect the item).
You are entitled to handle and inspect goods in the same way you would in a shop. However, if the value of the goods has been diminished due to excessive handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction from your refund. We will always inform you of any such deduction before processing.
2.4 Packaging Your Return
Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. We recommend using the original packaging where possible. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging on your part.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Timeline
Once we have received your returned item and completed our inspection, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank or PayPal to credit your account, which is typically 1 to 3 business days after we initiate the refund.
3.2 Refund Method
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout — PayPal. We are unable to issue refunds to a different account or payment method.
3.3 Full Refund
In the event of a valid cancellation within the 14-day period, you are entitled to a full refund of the price you paid for the goods. Return shipping is also free, so you will incur no costs whatsoever in connection with your return, provided the goods are returned in acceptable condition.
3.4 Partial Refund
A partial refund may be issued in limited circumstances where the value of the returned goods has been reduced due to handling that goes beyond what was reasonably necessary. We will always communicate this to you clearly before processing a partial refund and provide photographic evidence where relevant.
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full. Under this legislation, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
4.1 Faulty or Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@quickbookshelp.shop with the following:
- Your order number;
- A description of the fault or damage;
- Clear photographs of the item and, where relevant, the packaging.
Within the first 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement — the choice is yours. We will arrange free return collection and process your refund or dispatch a replacement as soon as possible.
4.2 Faults Discovered After 30 Days
If a fault develops after 30 days but within 6 months of delivery, we will offer a repair or replacement in the first instance. If neither is possible or successful, you will be entitled to a full or partial refund. After 6 months, you may need to demonstrate that the fault existed at the time of delivery.
4.3 Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@quickbookshelp.shop. We will arrange free collection of the incorrect item and dispatch the correct item at no additional charge, or issue a full refund if the correct item is unavailable.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, product size, or colour, we ask that you return the original item for a full refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time and keeps the transaction transparent.

6. Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are excluded from our standard returns policy in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:
- Items that have been clearly personalised or custom-made to your specifications;
- Perishable goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery;
- Items that have been used, assembled, or installed in a way that makes them unsuitable for resale.

7. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at info@quickbookshelp.shop or +44 0191 440 6448. If your order has not yet been processed for dispatch, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund without requiring you to return any goods.
If your order has already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, you will need to follow the standard return procedure outlined in Section 2. You are still entitled to a full refund under your 14-day cancellation right.
8. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer. In particular:
- The Consumer Rights Act 2015 entitles you to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described;
- The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you a minimum 14-day right to cancel distance-selling contracts;
- You have the right to seek redress through the courts of England and Wales or through an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme.
